Customers can place orders in Go Visible's photo store. After hitting the key 'order now' a contract will exist between the purchaser and Go Visible either for the production of picture prints or for providing downloadable digital pictures. A confirmation will be sent to the customer by eMail.

Go Visible offers a 14-day refund and exchange
opportunity for photo postcards. Any item considered for refund must be returned
in as-new condition.
Your order should be checked upon receipt. Any shortage or damage should be
reported within 10 days. Defective postcards may be replaced with a like item,
upon return of the defective card.
The total will be refunded in the fashion it was paid (e.g. paypal). Any merchandise
returned via post or courier must be shipped pre-paid. Shipping costs will not
be refunded unless it is determined that the return is a result of an error
by Go Visible.
All returns are subject to inspection and Go Visible
reserves the right to refuse any merchandise.
Photographs and photo postcards with personal text are produced customized and
not eligible for refund or exchange, excepting manufacturing defects.
A delivered photograph may be considered as defective if it doesn't meet the
technical standard of current photofinishing and image processing. Differences
in color between prints and original image data are no defects and don't entitle
for refund or exchange.
The customer can get an impression of the picture's visual quality by viewing
an enlargement of the relevant image on the web site. The display of a 600x400
pixels enlargement allows the valuation of sharpness, contrast etc.
Downloaded pictures are not refundable.

of part or all of the contents in any form is prohibited, except for personal

Go Visible also claims the ownership rights in any photograph sold
in the photo store.
Purchasing photo prints doesn't entitle the buyer to
reproduction, processing or publication for commercial purposes, unless otherwise stipulated.
The use of downloaded pictures is limited to noncommercial purposes only (see also #5).
Photographs from the private section of this website are exempted from copyright.

The buyer of downloadable pictures acknowledges, agrees and warrants that he or she shall not:
- use, reproduce, distribute or display the Work in connection with design template applications intended for resale;
- download or store the Work on more than one computer at the same time (a single backup copy to be stored on media separate from the single permitted computer is allowed);
- post the Work online in downloadable format, post the Work on an electronic bulletin board;
- use, reproduce, distribute or display the Work in connection with any goods or services intended for resale or distribution which primary value lies in the work itself, including, without limitation, mugs, t-shirts, posters, greeting cards, posters or other merchandise or electronic formats;
- use the Work in an editorial manner, without the following credit adjacent to the Image: "© www.govisible.ca";
- use the images in pornography;
- use the images in otherwise unlawful, offensive or immoral content.
This does not apply for photographs from the private section of this website.

Gift Certificates can be purchased in our Online Shop. They are transferable and valid for one year. If the total amount of the recipient's order is less than the value of the voucher, the remaining credit cannot be used for another order. |
